We are so thankful for your continued support through prayer and donations. It has been a blessing from the Lord to continue to serve the church of East Africa. We hope this email update will be a blessing to you.

Thank you for your prayers as we traveled to Kenya for a short week-long trip. The church is certainly alive and the Lord is working in all aspects of our ministry in Eastern Africa.

Prison Outreach

The prison ministry in Eldoret continues to grow in attendance. While in Eldoret, Austin had the opportunity to lead a discipleship meeting where fifty men gathered to learn. These men are eager to learn more about their faith and have a sincere desire to know God better. Please continue to ask the Lord to open the eyes of the blind as seeds are being planted in the Eldoret prison.

Noel Children’s Home

We are so thankful for the opportunity to visit the orphanage in Choimim. Over twenty children are currently under our care. We were able to provide several needed items including a clean water dispenser, blankets, winter hats, baby walkers, and various kitchen items. Please keep these children in your prayers as we provide them with food, shelter, education, and medical care.

Pastor’s Conference

Damon, James, and Stephen had the opportunity to host a two day pastor’s conference at Mosoriot Community Baptist Church. We covered the first eight chapters of Romans in an effort to enrich the twenty pastors as they return to their home churches to lead their flocks. Damon will return to Kenya in late July or August to host another pastor’s conference and finish the book of Romans.

Women’s Conference

On the last day of our trip, we hosted a women’s conference for the women in the surrounding villages. Over sixty women attended the conference and heard the gospel. At the end of the conference, we were able to bless each woman with a few gifts including cooking oil, flour, bread, and milk. Simple gifts like these make a huge difference in the lives of the families of this community. Everyone celebrated by dancing and offering us a traveler’s milk gourd.

Exciting New Opportunities

Pastor Robert and Pastor Moses in Sebei, Uganda now offer a Community Discipleship course at our newest church plant. We now network with and support 27 churches in Eastern Africa!

What a joy that was to be a part of these conferences!

Women's Prison Ministry

John 13:12-17

(12) When he had finished washing their feet, he put on his clothes and returned to his place. “Do you understand what I have done for you?” he asked them. (13) “You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and rightly so, for that is what I am. (14) Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. (15) I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you. (16) Very truly I tell you, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him. (17) Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them.

During our time at the women’s prison, we had the fun time of washing the prisoner’s feet and also doing some nail polishing!

Noel Academy

Noel Academy has been greatly enjoying the new van since our last update!

Discipleship Program Graduates

The students have been working diligently for 3 years with our discipleship program and are receiving a John MacArthur study Bible after graduation! This class included 40 students who will be dispatched throughout Kenya for their work assignments.
